WEB’S Cakes, the holding company for CakeLove

CakeLoveWEB’s Cakes is a holding company for the retail and media ventures of celebrity-chef Warren Brown, the owner and founder of the original DC-based pastry shop, CakeLove, and host of the Food Network’s Sugar Rush program. Manning Sossamon provided legal and business counsel on the structuring and growth of the holding company, negotiated commercial leasing and other arrangements for five new locations in the DC Metropolitan Area, and now provides the ongoing services of a general counsel advising on organization, operations, and management of Mr. Brown’s various enterprises.

Dynacorp, a telecommunications network concern
